Terms of Service

The service is provided by AQUIVO LABS SRL (the “Company”, “we”, “us”).

PeekMyStore performs a conversion audit of a Shopify store you submit. The audit analyzes publicly available pages and produces a free preview. At checkout you choose one of two plans:

• Audit only — a one-time $49 one-time charge. The full fix plan unlocks immediately. No recurring charge.
• Audit + Monitoring — $49 one-time charged immediately, plus a 30-day free trial of weekly monitoring, then $19/mo from day 31 until you cancel. While monitoring is active, a fresh full audit of the same store is performed every week.

Users on the Audit only plan can later start monitoring from their report page; that subscription begins as a standard $19/mo monthly subscription with no additional free trial. The service does not install code on your store, request Shopify admin access, or read non-public data.

You may use the service only if:

• You are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
• You own the store you submit, or you have authority to commission an analysis of it. If you submit a URL you do not own, you confirm you have permission and accept full responsibility for that submission.
• You will not use the service to scrape competitor stores at scale, attempt to harm third parties, reverse-engineer the product, or violate any applicable law.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if these terms are breached, if abuse is detected, or if continued service would expose us to legal risk.

The free preview is provided at no cost. The audit charge of USD $49 one-time (or local equivalent), plus any applicable taxes, is collected at checkout for both plans. By purchasing you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method $49 one-time immediately. The full fix plan unlocks right after the charge.

If you choose Audit + Monitoring, you also authorize us to save your payment method and create a recurring subscription at $19/mo per month with a 30-day free trial. No monitoring charge is made during the trial. If you do not cancel before day 31, the first $19/mo is charged on day 31 and on each monthly anniversary thereafter until you cancel.

You can cancel monitoring anytime, in one click, from the Stripe billing portal linked on your report page. Cancellation is effective immediately for future renewals: no further monitoring charges are made after cancellation. The $49 one-time audit charge is non-refundable except for faulty service, and months already paid for monitoring are not refunded because the corresponding weekly scans have already been delivered. Prices may change for new purchases. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect on their renewal.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe’s terms in addition to ours. We do not store your full card number.

The full fix plan is generated and made available immediately after the successful $49 one-time charge. If you have monitoring active (whether through the bundle or started later), a fresh full audit of the same store is performed once per week, on a schedule we determine. We send a magic-link email so you can return to the latest report at any time, plus a weekly digest email summarizing changes. If delivery fails, contact [email protected] and we will retry the audit or refund the affected charge.

The fix plan is a digital service delivered immediately after the audit charge. The $49 one-time audit charge and past monitoring charges are refunded only when the service is faulty, as described in our Refund Policy. If you no longer want to be billed for monitoring, cancel from the billing portal and no further monitoring charges will be made.

The report is informational. It identifies signals on your store and suggests fixes based on Shopify ecosystem best practices. It is not financial, legal, marketing, or professional advice, and it does not guarantee any specific revenue, conversion-rate, ranking, or business outcome. You are solely responsible for any changes you make to your store.

The service, the website, the report layout, the detection rules, the recommendation templates, and all related software remain the property of AQUIVO LABS SRL. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, download, and use the report you purchased for your own business purposes. You may not republish, resell, or use the report to provide a competing service.

You retain all rights to your store, its content, and your business data. By submitting a URL you grant us a limited license to fetch and analyze public pages of that store solely to deliver the audit.

PeekMyStore is a service of AQUIVO LABS SRL. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify Inc. Shopify, Klaviyo, Loox, Recharge, ReConvert, Privy, and other third-party names are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced only for identification.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service or any report is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, lost profit, or lost data, even if advised of the possibility.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including, where applicable, mandatory consumer rights).

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, damage, or cost arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your submission of a URL you had no right to submit.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached. Sections that by nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date of a given charge governs that charge. Material changes will be flagged on the site and existing subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days before changes take effect on their renewal.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. The competent Romanian courts at the registered office of AQUIVO LABS SRL have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence grants you the right to bring a claim before your local courts.
